Abhay Precast manufactures T25 Precast U Drains for heavy-duty drainage and utility applications. These reinforced concrete U-shaped drains are suitable for storm water drainage, roadside drainage, industrial drainage channels, cable ducts, gas line ducts and fire-hydrant utility corridors.

T25 U Drain – Installation & Load Performance

T25 Precast U Drain is designed for storm water drainage and roadside applications where strength, proper bedding and long-term durability are important. The drain is typically installed over a PCC base with dry bedding mortar, while the surrounding area is filled with well-compacted earth to provide proper support and alignment.

Different T25 drain sizes such as T25-450, T25-600, T25-750 and T25-900 can be used according to the required drainage capacity and site slope. The precast system allows faster installation, uniform levels and easier maintenance compared with conventional cast-in-situ drains.

The T25 section is also suitable for locations subjected to heavy vehicular movement, with the illustrated design showing a 5-ton wheel load condition. Final drain size, foundation, reinforcement and load suitability should be selected according to approved project drawings and site requirements.
